01.How do I know if my brakes need to be replaced?
If you hear squeaking or grinding noises, or your car takes longer to stop than usual, your brake pads may need to be replaced. Also check if the brake pedal feels soft or the car vibrates when braking, as these are common signs of worn brakes.
02.How do I know which gym class is right for me?
Choose a gym class based on your goal—weight loss, strength, flexibility, or endurance. Also consider your fitness level and try beginner-friendly classes first to see what suits you best.
03.Do I need to bring any equipment to a gym class?
Most gym classes provide equipment, but you should bring essentials like a water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout clothes. Some classes (like yoga) may require your own mat, so it’s best to check with the gym beforehand.
04.Can I join a gym any type of class if I'm a beginner?
